The Indian duo Sharath and Saha lived up to their top billing, kept their cool in the deciding fifth game and won the gold 9-11, 12-10, 11-4, 5-11, 11-8 in a thrilling five games final.
This is the highest ever Gold medal haul for India in the Commonwealth Games.
